Your new company
Our client is a successful and well-established SME that are looking for a Group FD to work with the Senior management team in adding value to their business. The organisation has a small group of businesses all of which are successful and have seen growth. We are looking for a FD to work 3 or 4 days per week.

Your new role
The Group Financial Director will be firstly tasked with the complete control of the finances of the group of companies. You will be responsible for the financial health of the business, managing and developing all processes and controls. You will have a capable team delivering the accounts production, but you will look to develop and coach the team to be the best they can be. You will have the task to deliver detailed reviews across the business making improvements and adding value to the overall business. The organisation has ambitions to enter into new markets so the successful candidate will be task on building details business plans to deliver this growth. You will also be tasked to input and deliver the business strategies.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Financial Director who understands business and has the capability to review and improve processes and procedures on your own initiative. You will have a track record of coaching and developing staff and managing the full finance health of a business.

You will be rewarded with a salary that on a full time annual basis would be £100,000 per annum. This will then be prorated to the reduced days according to your contract.
