Finance Transformation - US GAAP and SOX

FINANCE TRANSFORMATION LEAD FOR US GAAP AND SOX PROJECT FOR INSURANCE COMPANY £600-£800/DAY (OUTSIDE SCOPE)

Your new company
Your new company are a PE Backed insurance group who are about to undertake strategic change and as such require a Finance Transformation Lead to lead a number of projects to prepare for this change.

Your new role
You will be working with the financial reporting team, accounting SMEs and external advisory firms to help role out various projects including: US GAAP conversion, SOX Implementation, Accelerated Financial Close Process, External Audit Change and others.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven experience in leading similar projects (ideally US GAAP, SoX, Financial Close). You will have a background in finance but then moved into projects and change, managing projects similar to above. Any experience working in listed or US businesses could be advantageous. This will be primarily home based so remote working welcome (you do need to be based in the UK though).

What you'll get in return
You will be on a daily rate of £600-£800/day dependent on experience and the role is likely to sit outside of scope so can work through ltd company. You will be working for a business going through an exciting period of change where you will have a broad scope to assist in. You will be working closely with the CFO and really impressive finance team.
