CFO / Operational Leadership Role for a growing Financial Services business in Surrey


Your new company
You will be joining a growing Financial Services organisation based close to Guildford, Surrey in their Corporate HQ. This is a permanent opportunity for a Finance leader aspiring to Operational COO/Leadership.

Your new role
Working directly alongside the Chief Executive, you will be taking on a leadership role spanning all areas of the business on a day to day from Finance/Accounting/Risk & Compliance through to Customer Services, Legal and Administration. This is truly a leadership role with the chance to impact heavily as the company looks to double its headcount over the next 3 years. You will drive strategies across all areas of the business working with the Leadership team to analyse and drive performance in each function (mapping, setting, analysing KPIs) alongside short, medium and long term planning with the Chief Exec and Shareholders. As a company with excellent backing and strong foundation built, this is an exciting time to join with a number of exciting projects set to begin shortly.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your finance qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/equivalent), Financial Services and a background within a regulated sector is essential. A positive, hands on and engaging approach is key for success in this growing company and a willingness to get "stuck in" at all levels and in all areas.
