Senior Payroll Specialist / Analyst needed to assist a growing organization with a special project surrounding T&A, Awards, EBAs, and Superannuation.
The Organisation

Our client is a highly successful company that is going from strength-to-strength. Due to recent expansion, they require the assistance of an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist / Analyst needed to assist with a special project surrounding T&A, Awards, EBAs, and Superannuation for approximately three to six months.

Position Description

Partnering with the Payroll Manager, your main tasks will include:

• Liaising with EmpLive (T&A) to implement and test award rules
• Analyse Awards/EAs to determine which pay items are Superable, and compare this to what has been paid
• Calculating back-payments and overpayments
• Recommendation of process improvements

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Experience with T&A systems, and an understanding of award rules
• Must have experience interpreting and understanding multiple awards/EAs
• Must have prior experience in implementing payroll or time and attendance systems
• Senior/specialist Payroll experience, e.g. Payroll Manager, T&A/Rostering Specialist, etc.
• Experience with EmpLive and ADP would be advantageous but not essential
• Understanding of Superannuation legislation
• Excellent written and oral communications
• High-level attention to detail
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
