Fantastic role on offer with an industry leading company as a part time bookkeeper/accounts assistant!
The position is casual with a view to move to permanent part-time on successful completion of a satisfactory trial period.
The hours on offer are every Tuesday, Wednesday & potentially Thursday's 09:00-14:00.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following.
- Cross checking custom staff management software to ensure accuracy and completeness of the timesheet process
- Full function accounts receivable including invoicing
- Full function accounts payable including checking invoices and expenses to ensure accuracy.
- Manage and resolve client invoice queries including the issuing of credits if applicable
- General bookkeeping/accounts duties as and when required
What we need from you.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in same or similar roles.
- Reliable, motivated & wanting to build a career long term within the company
- Adept computer skills and proficiency using MYOB
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ariba experience a very high advantage
- Advanced math skills to keep accurate records.
- Strong written and communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding sensitive topics such as billing and payments.
- Excellent organisation skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial records for the company.
- Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of company records and invoices.
- Multitasking to successfully handle multiple accounts, invoices, and payments at various stages of execution.
- Excellent efficiency for handling any accounting issues quickly with minimal interference
- Able to work under pressure
- A proactive, positive approach to daily duties
- Excellent professional presentation
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Full Australian working rights
- The ability to pass random drug & alcohol screens if/when requested.
