Part Time Payroll Officer - 3 days
The Company
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming organisation. While offices are based close to Melbourne's CBD, this role can be done partly from home after initial training. You will work as part of a small team and will typically work 3 days per week. This role is ideal for anyone who can start quickly and is looking for school hours.
The Role
This is a quick start position that will start initially on a temporary basis but could lead onto permanent. It's 17 hours per week and can be fitted around school pickups and drop offs. The key with this position is that it is 3 days per week so ideal for anyone with a young family or other commitments. Days will typically be Tuesdays + 2 other days though there is some flexibility here.
Typical day to day duties will involve:
As the payroll market remains very tight, we are very open to candidates who perhaps have some basic payroll knowledge and are looking to build upon it. Full training will be provided by the HR Manager.

- Processing weekly pay for around 100 staff including casuals
- Processing superannuation
- Processing of salary packaging allowances
- Handling payroll queries
- Payroll adjustments
- Handling new starters and terminations
- Payroll reporting
