The Modelling & Decision Strategy team are truly customer focused on the delivery of sustainable world class credit risk models, decision strategies, monitoring, analytics and actionable insights. To help us continue on our journey we are looking for a Decision Strategy Manager to join our team!

Te Kaiurungi | About the Role

As the Credit Decisioning Analytics Manager you will lead the design, delivery and monitoring of differentiated decision strategy propositions. Working with various risk and tribe teams across the bank you will use your analytical skills and strong business logic to create better origination and account management outcomes for customers and the bank.

Ō Pūkenga | About You

You'll be a team player with excellent communication skills and a drive for continuous improvement:

• Strong practical experience delivering successful decision strategy propositions
• Proven experience in managing multiple, concurrent, and competing pieces of work, in complex business environments

• Knowledge of statistical and analytic techniques typically used in industry

• Detailed understanding of consumer and small business lending processes
• Familiarisation with software/tools such as SAS and Python
