The Product Manager is responsible for overall product management of the BNZ joining process. You will be responsible for managing strategically and tactically BNZ's joining experience to ensure it is a seamless digital experience that remains fit for purpose. Defining new opportunities and ensuring the timely implementation of agreed initiatives and outcomes, this role will also be involved in:

To be successful in this role you will have previous financial services customer service and/or product management experience. Familiar with New Zealand compliance and code expectations you will have skills in analytics, business case development, and report writing.
As a proactive team player, you will be able to work autonomously in a fast paced environment. You will bring outstanding communication and stakeholder management experience with the ability to effectively influence across the business and build strong relationships.

You will be responsible for managing strategically and tactically BNZ's joining experience to ensure it is a seamless digital experience that remains fit for purpose. Defining new opportunities and ensuring the timely implementation of agreed initiatives and outcomes, this role will also be involved in:
- Work with cross-functional teams to determine, prioritise and deliver on roadmaps
- Analyse activity to ensure current and future needs are identified and met
- Managing the joining policy, training and process documentation
