Your Role
Are you an excellent communicator with a technical background? Do you enjoy developing innovative data products to service financial institutions?
We're looking for a Business Analyst, within the Equities division to:
- Work across technology and business to develop solutions and enhancements to our Dividend Forecasting product
- Elicit requirements, undertake structured analysis and express in the form of user stories documents
- Perform sanity and component testing of new features during the development phase and review of test
- Proactively identify options for potential solutions, including assessment of technical and business suitability
- Demonstrate a keen interest in the equity markets and contribute new ideas to solve customer problems
Your Team
You will be working in the Dividend Forecasting Team in London. The team of 40+ is spread across seven locations globally with software engineers based in India and Romania. Dividend Forecasting provides fundamental and quantitative forecasts for 28k+ securities to help customers price derivatives, enhance investment strategies and manage risk.
About You
You should possess the following qualifications:
- Post graduate - Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
- Minimum four years of relevant professional experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of requirements elicitation, structured analysis, requirement documentation, stakeholder management, use case definition and other Business Analysis techniques
- Experience with the JIRA and AGILE Methodology of software development
- General technology know-how desirable - SQL, Python, AWS
- Experience in the financial markets preferable
- UI/UX design experience preferable
