Seeking a personable, organized, experienced tax professional to assist owner in all tax and client service matters. 

We invite you to join a great team with a client centered approach.  We are a tax-based firm who are active and proactive in providing advice to our clients in the tax, financial, and cash flow arenas.  Our work includes tax planning, tax compliance, administration, creating action plans and assisting clients to execute those plans. 

Our clients are high net worth individuals, and a variety of net worth Trusts and Estates.  The Fiduciary work includes compliance and Accounting for our Trust and Estate clients with support services to our Trustees and Personal Representatives, Attorneys and Trust officers.  Our services to our private clients and families are enhanced by our Fiduciary work and our collaboration with Estate Planning Attorneys and Financial Advisory firms.   

Our mission includes being available to clients for their immediate, short-term, and long-term needs and planning.  Our model includes coordination among clients, professionals, other vendors, and the tax authorities.   

THE POSITION:     

This position reports to and works directly with the owner of our small, personalized office.  It is a role that will service clients and assist the tax staff.  It includes a variety of all the services we provide to clients… tax returns, planning projections, tax planning analysis, action plan agendas, Fiduciary Accounting, Trust and Estate taxation, administration support, and implementing action items.  Remote work available.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Professional degree with tax experience;
• To be and stay current on tax law;
• Attention to detail as well as the short and long range planning;
• Excellent client-based communication skills oral and written, personable, team player, with management skills / potential;
• Organized, proactive, and entrepreneurial thinkers would thrive in this role.
