Description

Global Payroll Specialist, South West London

  • Key point of contact for the relationship for the outsourced payroll provider across the globe
  • Review and update current benefit elements impacting global payrolls (pensions, health, bonus, commission, cars, lifestyle benefits, statutory benefits)
  • Implement a governance process for approvals of global payroll.
  • Maintain the global payroll - 12+ countries.
  • Respond to employee payroll queries using first class customer service skills in line with the agreed SLA
  • Implement and improve the payroll processes
  • Work with our Global stakeholders on a number of issues across a fast-paced matrix environment
  • Resolve queries and issues promptly and effectively to high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement controls to ensure monthly payroll runs timely and accurately.
  • The ability to take ownership and work independently within a team environment.
  • Work with the country HRBPs to ensure accuracy and quality.

Profile

The successful candidate must have:

  • 5+ years as a Payroll Manager in a regional level- especially Global
  • Excellent communication skills- ability to make the complex simple.
  • Self-starter and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Knowledge of HR and organisational policies that impact on payroll
  • An eye for detail
  • A quick thinker with a 'can do' attitude and an aptitude for creativity or the ability to adapt as required.
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Good working knowledge of IT and Payroll systems
  • Strong team player
  • Educated to degree level desirable.
  • Experience in working with a 3rd party payroll provider.
