Our client MJS Floorcoverings is a well-respected national company in the flooring industry operating for over 50 years. As a wholesaler, providing excellent quality products to their clients across Australia.

They are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team at their head office in Mansfield. In this position the successful applicant will be responsible for all facets of Accounts Receivable.

This role is permanent full-time Monday to Friday with the successful applicant being able to work from home on Wednesday's and Fridays!

Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Reconciliation of accounts to trial balance
  
• Create and maintain customer accounts
  
• Allocation and receipting of payments received
  
• Accurate recording of accounts receivable
  
• Debt collection of outstanding accounts
  
• Preparation of reports to management
  
• Liasing with the internal and external sales teams
  

Requirements
To be considered for this position:

• A minimum of 4 years' experience of accounts receivable experience up to trial balance
  
• An extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  
• Experienced with accounting software (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX or Microsoft Business Central)
  
• Experience with Microsoft Office
