We are recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our team on an 18 month fixed term period. The purpose of the Divisional Performance teams is to support delivery of the finance strategy, co-piloting the enterprise to be the bank for NZ through being a trusted partner on Leadership Teams and providing insights and analytics to support the achievement of financial goals. We are also responsible for the development of management reporting, in-depth analysis and insight for both finance and the bank.

- Management month end forecast and planning processes;
- Preparation of financial information;
- Financial projects and research as required;
- Providing financial support to the business;
Ō Pūkenga | About You
Our ideal candidate will bring the following:
- Curiosity to learn, motivation to do well and your passion to drive performance.
- A minimum of 4-6 years' experience, preferably in the financial services or property industry.
- Experience in self-managing work-flow, attention to detail and competing requirements within tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assimilate and communicate complex financial information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
