Our client is part of a very large group and this Financial Director role is working for a business who can boast to be one of the marketing leading organisation in their field. With an extensive number of years of experience within their field that can deliver an excellent service to their customers.

Your new role
As Financial Director, you will have full responsibility for the accounting function based in NI and its outputs. The role will be working very closely with the MD to deliver a commercially focused and agile business to adapt top the needs and requirements of their customer base. As part of this role you would be tasked to take on a number of improvement projects - reviewing all commercial data and improving the reporting and delivering of commercially focused information allowing the operational team to deliver a "best in class" service to their customer base.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Financial Director, with numerous years of post qualification experience. You will have worked in improving and developing systems, working with operational staff to assist in the improvement of the outputs across the business in line with business objectives. You will have a commercial outlook and focus and will be able to get the best from people.

What you'll get in return
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of a basis salary between £85000 and £95000, Car and Bonus. You will have the option to a flexible working options dependant on the businesses requirements. You will be working with a senior management team with a clear focus.
