This role, Share Options Analyst (Part Qualified role), is an high profile Finance position reporting to the Head of Legal Council, CFO and CEO.
Our client are an international Recruitment company, specifically looking for a candidate to work with the Exec Board of Directors calculating and analysing their share options, bonus schemes, share pay outs and personal finances.
The position is a permanent role.

Our client are FTST250 recruitment company based in the City of London, within walking distance from Embankment, Waterloo and Holborn.
Our client are happy to train a candidate, however they are ideally looking for Graduates with at least 18 months in a Junior Analyst or Junior Accountant role.
This position offers huge exposure to extremely senior members of staff meaning candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Description
This role, Share Options Analyst (Part Qualified role), involves:
- Reporting to the Head of Legal Council, the CFO and the CEO
- Calculating and applying the share options for the CFO and CEO, as well as the Executive Board of Directors
- Working with the wider finance team to implement the 3 year and 5 year share plans for senior members of staff
- Dealing with bespoke share options depending on "executive level"
- Checking that the bonuses and commissions are correct to each director
- Working with the team in Jersey regarding the shares owed to people and to be paid out when needed - Euros and Pounds
- Dealing with senior stakeholders
- Announcing how many shares we hold and factoring in those directors who have sold a set amount of shares
- High attention to detail
- Working with the Finance Business Partners, Head of Marketing and Head of Tech Finance within one office
- Professional and Corporate environment
- Accountancy focused with detail on shares, bonus and commission schemes

Profile
The candidate we are looking for, Share Options Analyst (Part Qualified role), must:
1. Have a degree in a relevant finance field
2. Have strong analytic skills
3. Be keen to work for a FTSE 250 business reporting into extremely senior members of staff
