This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Ledger to join a UK based company. You will be supporting the day-to-day activities of the Finance department.
Client Details
This company is a UK based private manufacturer. They have over 20 years experience in the industry and have clients all over the world including Japan, China and the US.
Description
Sales Ledger
- Enter customer receipts daily and ensure correct allocation against customer accounts and correct bank accounts used
- Review aged debtor reports and identify actions
- Chase overdue invoices by appropriate means, ie telephone, e-mail
- Liaise with sales reps and directors in relation to issues/payments
- Provide aged debt reports to sales reps/managers on regular basis
- Liaise with sales order processing team re customer credit
- Send customer statement at the end of each month
Profile
- Good telephone manner
- Confident in Sales Ledger
- Previous experience in the Ledger
