OtC / AR Transformation Senior Manager - a new position in a global project [remote work available]

Main responsibilities

Taking the lead on designing a transformation and product strategy with an operating model for the Collect pillar (integration of Collect with finance, data and analytics activities that would drive greater business outcomes)
Consulting and advising solutions on process, design, technology and data initiatives relating to OtC / Collect functions
Guiding Client's technology roadmap for large-scale transformation applying an end to end integrated vision of automation and technology solutions
Running business transformation projects of large size, high complexity and risk within OtC / AR process
Identifying business transformation opportunities at a management level and driving proposals to conduct them; driving and identifying opportunities for the development of the project, new tools, points of view and methodologies
Leveraging process/domain knowledge to lead the development and extension of products & services and successfully communicate and market them; focusing on business results and higher profit margin, while organising successful delivery
Collaboration with project team, Client, IT teams & Technology partners to ensure strong solutions & outcomes and mitigating risks relating to technology implementations

Requirements

Strong operational expertise in end to end Order to Cash / Accounts Receivable process
Experience in projects related to process improvement, process automation and integration / transformation within finance activities, especially within OtC / AR (e.g. using AI, ML, platforms and technology to develop solutions to reduce manual effort in collect, while driving industry leading business outcomes)
Knowledge of Order to Cash platforms (e.g. Webcollect, High Radius) or similar tools is desirable
Experience in leading projects spanning several practices / disciplines / geographies (managing scope, risks, results, delays and profitability) and excellent understanding of project & change management methodologies
Professional experience in Consulting (preferably in BPO sector or in consulting companies) with strong customer-facing, presentation and content development skills
Fluent knowledge of English (C1 level or higher)
Economics / Business / Finance & Accounting educational background is desirable (ACCA / CPA / CIMA certification would be an asset
Beneficial to have technology expertise related to Finance technical integration / transformation and/or industry experience in Retail / FMCG
Availability for business trips (when the pandemic situation stabilises)
