Finance Manager - Temp to Perm - Leading Cardiff Charity - £38k

Your new company
You will join a leading Cardiff Charity who have created a real family feel, even though they have undergone considerable growth. They are friendly and inclusive, and have a great existing Finance team who will really benefit from the support of a Finance Manager.

Your new role
You will report directly in to the Finance Director, and oversee the 10 staff in the Finance Team. You will be the final sign off for statutory accounts and payroll, as well as being tasked with leading the team and developing them as the workload that comes with the organisations growth kicks in.

What you'll need to succeed
You could be qualified or qualified by experience, experience of working within Government funding streams is essential.

What you'll get in return
A salary of circa £38k, initially on a 3-6 month Temp basis before going permanent.
