Commercial Finance Manager

An exciting opportunity for a divisional Commercial Finance Manager with a business located in Hull.

An exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to support the site director and operations team of a successful and expanding business in Hull. The Commercial Finance Manager will be part of the local senior management team and will play a key role in driving the business forward.

Your new role
As the Commercial Finance Manager you will work closely with the site director, supporting them, the senior management team and the operations team.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
Managing the financial running of the site in Hull.
Providing financial guidance and support to the senior management and operations teams including, leading the monthly financial review with the operational and senior management teams.
Leading the site budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and flash reporting to head office.
Providing commercial financial analysis.
Evaluating and supporting cost reduction projects.
Supporting site business development to expand further into new and existing markets.

What you will need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong analytical skills, experience of managing and developing staff, commercially astute, and able to evidence your role in driving profit and business process improvements.

What you will get in return
You will receive a competitive starting salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum. In addition, you will also receive a senior management bonus of 10% to 15%, 27 days annual holiday entitlement (plus bank holidays), a contributory pension scheme, life assurance and private medical insurance.
