Due to expansion, we are currently assisting our client in their search for a Client Service Officer / CSO / Financial Planning Assistant. This is a newly created role at their new Robina office offering an excellent working environment that is flexible and enjoyable.

The role
This is a permanent position with flexible hours. (Part time or full time would be considered) As a Customer Service Officer / CSO / Financial Planning Assistant you will support two Financial Planners in all administration and office duties for the financial planning firm.

Duties:
  • Supporting the financial planners in the office
  • Creating new client files
  • Liaise with service providers, including insurance companies, fund managers etc...
  • First point of contact for clients
  • Collate all documents to ensure compliance in line with FSA guidelines
  • Organizing appointments
  • Prepare clients files for adviser by collating data and completing necessary paperwork for lodgment
  • Assist with client workflow
  • Coordination of complex and professionally presented advice documents
  • General administration/ filing and other duties required in line with business requirements
  • Ensure compliance standards are met and maintained
Applicant Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a CSO / Financial Planning Assistant role or STRONG administrator with a passion for Financial Planning industry
  • XPLAN experience is highly advantageous
  • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
  • A passion for the industry
  • Sound understanding of financial planning standards and adherence to ASIC requirements.
  • Reliable and process driven, well organised with strong time management skills
  • Good communication skills
Salary is negotiable - $60-65k.
