This is a permanent position with flexible hours. (Part time or full time would be considered) As a Customer Service Officer / CSO / Financial Planning Assistant you will support two Financial Planners in all administration and office duties for the financial planning firm.

The role
This is a permanent position with flexible hours. (Part time or full time would be considered) As a Customer Service Officer / CSO / Financial Planning Assistant you will support two Financial Planners in all administration and office duties for the financial planning firm.
Duties:
- Supporting the financial planners in the office
- Creating new client files
- Liaise with service providers, including insurance companies, fund managers etc...
- First point of contact for clients
- Collate all documents to ensure compliance in line with FSA guidelines
- Organizing appointments
- Prepare clients files for adviser by collating data and completing necessary paperwork for lodgment
- Assist with client workflow
- Coordination of complex and professionally presented advice documents
- General administration/ filing and other duties required in line with business requirements
- Ensure compliance standards are met and maintained
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a CSO / Financial Planning Assistant role or STRONG administrator with a passion for Financial Planning industry
- XPLAN experience is highly advantageous
- Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
- A passion for the industry
- Sound understanding of financial planning standards and adherence to ASIC requirements.
- Reliable and process driven, well organised with strong time management skills
- Good communication skills
