You will be part of the Systems, Analytics and Transformation Business Process & Knowledge team. Systems, Analytics and Transformation is part of Customer and Community Advocacy. The team drives continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures pertaining to management of complaints to support fair customer outcomes across the Group.

Do work that matters

As a Business Analyst you will be working for Systems, Analytics and Transformation team to drive better customer outcomes and experiences through process simplicity, change, capability, analytics and technology.

You will be responsible for business process automation and systems implementations.

As a Business Analyst your key accountabilities includes:

• Business analysis planning and monitoring to determine which activities are necessary in order to identify relevant stakeholders, select right techniques and processes to manage requirements and provide constant assessment of progress
  
• Participate in design thinking workshops to understand business and customer needs and translate them into meaningful features, user stories, user cases and testable acceptance criteria
  
• Assess and document the current state of business to identify and recommend improvements and verification and validation of resulting requirements
  
• Convert business needs into functional designs
  
• Develop documentation including business requirement documents and models; concept papers; design specifications and delivery of learning's to end user.
  
• Understand, articulate and document processes flows and standard operating procedures
  

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

• Experience within financial services, including knowledge of banking systems, information, products and channels
  
• Good attention to detail, and a high degree of accuracy while working towards multiple competing business objectives
  
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or project manager
  
• Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment
  
• Understanding of user flow or process mapping skills
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to influence and manage stakeholders
  
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
