The Role
The role of Accounting Clerk will be responsible for full function of Accounts Payable reporting to the Finance Manager.

To be considered for this role, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Clerk who has done full function Accounts Payable and Receivable ideally having used medium ERP systems. Experience working in a similar industry where you are dealing with subcontractors and project claims. You will have good excel skills and have strong communication skills as you will be communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

- Processing invoices into workflow system
- Payment runs, weekly and monthly
- Supplier Reconciliations
- Supplier Queries
- Bank Reconciliation
- Allocations
- Claim Queries
- Other Ad hoc duties
