The Company

Located in Bella Vista they are looking for an enthusiastic and switched-on team player to join the business as an Accounts Officer. (Payable & Receivable & Payroll). This is a great opportunity for someone who likes a role with a lot of variety within a great company!

The Role:

Reporting to the Accountant your duties will be but not limited to:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Payroll
• Maintenance of employee records
• End of month reporting
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Bank reconciliations
• Filing/Scanning/Mail
• Ad hoc admin duties as required

Skills & Experience:

To be considered for the role you must have:

• At least 3 years experience in Accounts.
• Must have Databuild experience and worked in the Construction industry
• Building industry knowledge is a big advantage.
• Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• You will possess accounts qualifications (e.g Diploma or Degree)
• A great working attitude and excellent communication skills is a must
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels
• You will be someone who really enjoys the "all-rounder" responsibilities and is a team player!
