This is an account management / collections role, with a true focus on promoting customer satisfaction… you will be a part of a large supportive team, within a fast paced environment where you will have the responsilbility of managing your own portfolio of clients.

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Warm follow up calls to your allocated portfolio of clients
• Customer record maintenance
• Invoicing and contract management
• Internal and external relationship management
• End to end management of your own portfolio
• Allocation of cash
• Follow up any queries

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have proven experience in Collections within a high volume, dynamic environment.
