You will have intermediate-advanced Excel skills to improve their processes and reporting. The Role
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accounts Payable processing
- Accounts Receivable processing - including collections
- Reconciliations including Bank, General Ledger, Balance Sheet
- Cashflow management and forecasting
- BAS/PAYG reporting and reconciliations
- Support with Budget preparation and EOM Reporting
- Variance analysis and reporting on trends
- Ensuring compliance with Statutory Law/Regulations/Accounting Standards
- Bank Up Payroll when required
- General Administration as required (ie customer queries)
- Supporting with Contract Administration including contract negotiations, variations, reconciliations
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
