Minimum Requirements:
Key Duties:
All Bookkeeping up to trial balance
Debtors
Processing of debtors invoices / credit notes
Maintaining of age analysis
Creditors
Processing of creditors invoices / credit notes
Reconciliation of creditors accounts for payment purposes
Assisting with the budget
Maintain Variance Report (Update expense spreadsheet against the budget)
Fixed assets
Maintain and update capex schedule
Communicate with head office regarding the addition or removal of assets as appropriate

- Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification
- Strong administrative skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Pastel
- Good communication skills
