The primary purpose of the job is to ensure that supplier's invoices are processed and paid on timely manner in accordance with defined quality standards.

• Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Assuring invoice compliance with tax / legal rules and accounting standards
• Resolving issues regarding Accounts Payable processes
• Payment processing
• Ensuring use of correct VAT rates and exemptions
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Vendor and GL accounts reconciliation
• Contacting internal partners from different countries to obtain required information / approvals
• Making sure that incoming queries are handled in a professional and timely manner
• Take an active part in creating and keeping up to date process documentation
• Identifying process improvements initiatives and actively taking part in implementation
• Training and sharing knowledge with other team members
• Active participation in business meetings
• Making sure agreed KPIs are on the required level
• Support of Month End Closing activities

• Good understanding of Accounts Payable
• >1 year of experience in accounting department / accounts payable
• Understanding of general VAT rules
• English allowing business communication / Other European languages nice to have
• Proactiveness, problem-solving attitude
