A rapidly growing E-Commerce retail business in West London are recruiting for a Senior Financial Controller. This expanding international business have a vibrant, energetic and entrepreneurial culture. Team work, people and ethics are at the heart of what they do. Although there is scope to work from home, this job will also be based in the office because of the team culture, however international travel will be required when possible

Your new role.
This is a unique Senior Financial Controller opportunity, which will really help define your career and set you on the launch pad to be a Finance Director You will get to work on legacy projects, like opening international entities, systems implementations and helping develop a global business

Reporting to a passionate, supportive Head of Finance, you will lead a small team, be responsible for monthly management reporting, commentaries and analysis. Oversee payroll, VAT and external reporting requirements. There is not only chance to grow in this role, but also chance to input your own ideas in enhancing process, procedures etc with the goal of creating a leading class international finance team. You will business partner with key stakeholders, supporting them with the running of their teams and decision making. What you'll need to succeed.
You will be a qualified ACCA, CIMA OR ACA Accountant with proven financial controller experience. You will be able to demonstrate strong coaching and leadership skills, with a strong business partnering approach and the ability to improve process and procedures
