Key

Responsibilities:

Account Receivable Management - Payment allocation to the customer account - Ensure that unallocated cash is well explained - Application of payments in the customer account - Compiling account statements - Follow up of rejected transactions - Compiling of the direct debit file - Assist Credit analyst with the reconciliation of customer accounts - Prepare reports on the status of credit and collection activities to minimize outstanding debt.
