We are working with a well-known, diverse client in the manufacturing industry to source a knowledgeable and self-motivated accounts officer to assist in an ongoing temporary capacity, with project work that is expected to last until the end of this year.

This position will require an immediate start, so you must be immediately available for work, or be available within a couple of days' notice.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Data entry of debtor and creditor invoices
• Full function Accounts Payable and Receivable including reconciliation of supplier invoices, bank, and credit card statements, matching of purchase orders to invoices and debt collection
• Inbox management, assisting clients over the telephone with any accounts related queries
• Ad hoc duties as required

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you must:

• Have at least 2 years' experience in a similar, full function position, ideally using SAP (SAP experience will be an advantage, but not essential!)
• Be a great team player but can work autonomously.
• Possess the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment, and to work to multiple deadlines.
• Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
