Temp to perm opportunity for a high growth ASX Retailer

• Circa $100-120k package

Fast growing Retailer boasts excellent brand recognition across the ANZ market. This business is a leader in the industry and was acquired by a large ASX which provides it the resources and strategic direction for further growth.

The Finance Manager is looking for a motivated Senior Accountant, to support the business in its next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ownership of the month-end process
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Exposure to system implementation
• Assist in preparation of half and full year to ASX parent
• Review the monthly financials and provide commentary on variances
• Project accounting to support new store opening
• Ad hoc reporting

Key criteria to be considered:

• CA/CPA trained
• Chartered - Top 10 Firm - preferred
• Experience in a large/complex corporate (through audit)
• SAP or large ERP experience
• Experience with people management - advantageous
• Process improvement mentality
• Strong communication to engage with a broad ranging stakeholder group
