The Opportunity
The role reports to the General Manager, leading and directing strategy for the Finance function (team of 3+) during a period of transformational change. You will have experience of and enjoy the following

• Business partnering support to the General Manager, Executive and Senior leaders with other key stakeholders including the board of directors, bank, auditors, and national agencies
• Oversee all organizational financial management including management & financial reporting, the audit process, tax, cash flow, funding, bank covenant reporting, budget, and forecast processes
• Financial modelling to support strategic decision making, including as part of a national group, to analyse the impact of changes to funding and provide recommendations to Executive.
• Co-ordinating and streamlining the month-end process, preparing the monthly finance board report, monthly presentation/update to CEO on key trends, providing regular scenario analysis to the Executive and Board regarding key threats and opportunities such as the COVID-19 pandemic
• Development of the organisation's new strategy, vision and purpose as part of a senior leadership group
