The role
We are looking for a diligent person to join our team of accounts receivable specialists. The successful applicant will be required to undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks to help collect the company's revenues including the processing of incoming payments, dealing with customer queries and requests, processing invoice adjustments and preparing account reconciliations.
You need to be a self-starter who takes initiative and can maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment, as well as communicating effectively with both external customers and internal stakeholders.

The role

Responsibilities
- Issue and process invoices and invoice adjustments;
- Effectively deal with customer enquiries and requests;
- Verify discrepancies and resolve client billing issues;
- Perform day to day financial transactions and reconciliations, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data;
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue invoices;
- Ensure all customers remain advised of their outstanding debts and deadlines;
- Facilitate collection of invoices due by sending reminders and contacting costumers to encourage timely debtor payments
About you
- University degree
- Finance background is a plus
- Strong knowledge of English (company language); French is a plus
- Customer service orientation (previous customer service experience a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Team player
