REMOTE JOB - Accounting Assistant - German
Miejsce pracy: Olsztyn

Scope of activities:
 Rasing, checking and sending out electronic invoices to European customers on a timely basis,
 Reconciling incoming transfers from bank accounts to the system,
 allocating payments to customer accounts,
 Dealing with queries from clients/customers,
 Resolving any outstanding queries and liasing with sales team to ensure queries are resolved,
 Actively chasing customers for outstanding payments via phone and/or letters,
 Assisting other departments where possible.

Requirements:
- Very good command of German and knowledge of English is a must,
- MS Office and SAP knowledge will be an asset,
- The effectiveness and consistency in action,
- Ability to build and to maintain good working relationships with clients and staff,
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
