As a Finance & Administration Business Associate you'll be a trusted business advisor. You'll have the opportunity to position IBM for long-term financial growth delivering analysis, and providing insight and innovation into the business. Scope of duties:

Query handling process for EU countries for invoice payments related questions
Daily contact with vendors and clients by phone, emails, live chat and ticketing tool regarding status of the invoices
Answering on how do I questions, helping users to resolve their issues related to invoices and payments
Cooperation with other IBM centers in English language (India, Braga)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Working week Monday - Friday; working hours flexible (to cover 10h service), shifts to cover working time between: 8.00 -18:00 CET
German language - fluent
English language - advanced
Good team player
Good communication skills
Nice to have experience in: SAP, Excel, Accounts Payable
