The Directors are approachable, down to earth with the right balance of support and allowing you the freedom to have an autonomous role. They break down annual salary into an hourly rate to ensure you are being paid for the work you are putting in.
The role itself will depend on you and your skillset. In general, you are handed a portfolio of clients and you take care of compliance through to management accounting and ideally reviewing work as well as training staff.
These roles have arisen from growth in the client base.

You will have
- At least 3 years experience within BAS in a public practice environment
- YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE YOUR CA QUALIFICATION / QUALIFIED BY EXPERIENCE CANDIDATES ARE WELCOME
- Experience with Xero and MYOB
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- The right personality to fit their values
- Handy location in West Auckland
