Bookkeeping On The Go was established in 2002 by Natalie Adams and operates as an independent Bookkeeping Service. We are based in Gosnells WA and service surrounding areas such as Perth, Armadale, Canning Vale, Cannington, Victoria Park, Cockburn, Fremantle, Morley, Booragoon and more. We work onsite or remotely.

We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic person to join our bookkeeping team based in Perth and South of The River. The successful applicant will be trained and mentored through their traineeship over 12months and will be working towards a Cert IV Bookkeeping/Accounting.

Knowledge of Xero or MYOB preferred and with at least 1 year of experience in Administration.

About you:

• Demonstrate a genuine interest in Accounting/Bookkeeping
• Xero or MYOB experience (desirable)
• Competent computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Good mathematical skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Demonstrate an honest, professional attitude and a willingness to learn

The selected candidate will be trained in various aspects of Bookkeeping. Your duties will include (but are not limited to);

• Administration
• General Data Entry
• Reconciliation
• Learning tax systems and bookkeeping skills
• Financial Reporting
• Preparing BAS, PAYG & IAS
• Working in Xero, MYOB, Dext & Hubdoc plus other programs
