Experienced accounts receivable manager/Credit manager needed on a contract basis. This role will require you to work fully from home and you will be responsible for managing a consistent and streamlined Accounts Receivable and Credit Control process for the organisation.

The Accounts Receivable Manager role is a vital role for the business. You will be responsible for managing a consistent and streamlined Accounts Receivable and Credit Control process for the organisation

The role will lead on operational excellence, with an ongoing focus on continuous improvement, and will also include elements of transformation and transition.

Your leadership role will incorporate and oversee the following key responsibilities

  • Invoice processing
  • Cash allocation
  • Collections
  • Credit risk
  • Dispute management and query resolution
  • Controls and reporting

Your main priorities in this role will include:

  • Operation Performance and Delivery
  • Continuous Improvement
  • People & Teams

Profile

Requirements:

  • Operational experience in leading accounts receivable, invoice processing, collections, credit risk, dispute management and query resolution, controls and reporting
  • Functional experience in systems re-engineering and process improvement
  • Strong Finance process, controls and systems knowledge
  • Excellent people management skills and toolkit
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent communication techniques across a variety of audiences
  • Experience of working with remote teams across multiple locations
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to perform complex analysis and reconciliations
