Job Details
A fantastic 12 month fixed term contract for an Assistant Accountant looking for an exciting challenge. This role is based in Blackpool and is offering between £22,000 to £26,000 (dependent upon experience).

Description
Duties will include:
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Accruals and prepayments
- Profit/loss journals
- Assisting qualified accountants in all aspects in finance
- Month end reports, forecasting and invoice close
- Supporting with ledgers
- Being responsible and overseeing debt collection processes
- Ad hoc duties
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in an assistant accountant role previously - essential
- Be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - essential
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team - essential
- Be able to work in an efficient manner - desirable
- Have knowledge of specialist accounting software - desirable
