The client I am recruiting for is a FTSE 250 business, based in the West End (Holborn), and they specialise in Recruitment Consultancy. They are looking for a Part Qualified Accountant - Share Options Bonus Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis, as part of the group's wider finance team.
Client Details
The client are a global recruitment company, that are looking for a Part Qualified Accountant - Share Options Bonus Coordinator to join their Finance team permanently. The role will set alongside the Group Finance team, Legal Council, the Company Secretary and the successful candidate will be in contact with the CFO, CEO and other senior board members on a regular basis.
Description
The successful Part Qualified Accountant - Share Options Bonus Coordinator will be:
- Working alongside a 3rd party organisation to help calculate bonuses based on the company share-price
- Business partnering with the CFO, CEO and other senior management within the business
- Management and calculation of the company's share options scheme
- Dividend calculations
- Director Re-numeration Reports
- Calculation and drafting of stock exchange announcements
- Work alongside group finance to assist with the yearly audit
- Group reporting on a monthly basis
- Ad hoc reporting
Profile
The successful Part Qualified Accountant - Share Options Bonus Coordinator will:
- Have previous experience business partnering and liaising with senior stakeholders within the business
- Liaising and working with senior stakeholders outside of finance
- Finance & Accounting degree (or anything relevant) to a grade of 2.1 or above
- 3-4 years of experience working in a finance team
- Good Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, Formulas etc)
- Confident
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Studying towards their accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, ACA etc)
- Great attention to detail
