A widely recognised financial services firm who have experienced significant growth in their business over the past few years, this business is looking to hire a driven and passionate Compliance Officer who is wanting career development and mentorship from an experienced senior leader.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, this role is well suited to an individual looking for a supportive team culture that will provide long-term training and development to grow their compliance career. The role will have responsibilities including but not limited too.

· Maintaining various compliance registers

· Continually review and improve compliance frameworks, including policies and procedures

· Support the audit programs and assist the Head of Compliance

· Support the preparation and distribution of governance and committee papers

· Filing, lodgement, and documentation management.

· Ad-hoc duties as required

Your Profile

• Undergraduate tertiary qualification
• Ideally 2 years within a compliance related role in Financial Services
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of investment management would be highly advantageous
