Your opportunity
We currently have 2 x fantastic opportunities for experienced and detail orientated Finance & Administration Managers to join our Westfield living centres in SA. These roles come with lots of variety, with the opportunity to grow and develop within the business.
As part of the Senior leadership team, you will be responsible for:
This is a permanent position, with full-time hours, and as a part of the asset team, you'll also have Duty Management responsibilities from time to time too, where you'll be required to work a weekend shift (on a roster), which will be balanced with a day off in lieu.

You'll have excellent financial acumen and a passion for retail property! This is an exciting and challenging role, where you'll play a key role within our Customer Experience team for Westfield and gain exposure to the day to day operations of a busy centre. You'll be a confident communicator and enjoy developing relationships with both finance and non-finance staff too.

Your opportunity

- Leading the development of the annual asset budgets and bi-monthly re-forecasting
- Providing financial leadership and strategic recommendations to the Asset teams through detailed profit and loss analysis
- Maintaining the ongoing financial and audit compliance of the asset
- Management of the Administration function of the centre
- Delivering extraordinary customer experiences every day and partnering with our retailers to maximise their opportunities

- Team player that will add value to the centre operations and contribute to the customer-focused culture
- Commercial experience
- Degree qualified in Accounting desirable but not essential
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
