We are looking for your extraordinary Accounts Receivable skills. Our client is a leading aged care service offering a dynamic work environment and sought-after career development. You will report to the Accounting Manager and have the opportunity for career growth and quick advancement within this high energy department.

The Role

The responsibilities of the successful Accounts Receivable Officer will include:
  • Attend to administration requirements for entering new resident financial data into Epicor 10, including fees, RADs and other crucial resident information required for billing and funding purposes, to enable the timely generation of admission documentation and distribution to client relations staff.
  • Liaise with and provide support to client relations and accounts receivable staff while setting up resident billing information and contract preparation.
  • Attend to administration requirements for admission, discharge and leave of residents into SLS including completion of episodes of care, fees, bonds, initial ACFI and other crucial resident information required for billing and funding purposes.
  • Maintain appropriate resident records in Epicor 10 Support Centre.
  • Timely administration of Resident Bond recording and refunding according to Prudential Compliance Requirements under the Aged Care Act 1997
  • Reconciliation of resident accounts from time to time.


Your Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce or related field.
  • Strong experience in an A/R role spanning at least two years.
  • Forward-thinking skills in MS Excel.
  • Special client focus to provide excellent service to business partners.
  • Strong communication skills to maintain positive working supplier relationships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills.
