ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into the Commercial Manager as part of the broader Commercial team in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for Commercial analysis, including solution design, price modelling, forensic analysis and reporting, to meet the needs of the Business and our Customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into the Commercial Manager as part of the broader Commercial team in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for Commercial analysis, including solution design, price modelling, forensic analysis and reporting, to meet the needs of the Business and our Customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partnering with Account Management Team
- Understanding Customers' operations and logistics models
- Providing situation analysis and insights
- Identify continuous improvement initiatives
- Improving supply chain efficiencies and lowering distribution costs
- Analyse complex business problems and provide analytical support and recommendations
- Provide support on RFP opportunities and more complex pricing requests
- Assist with the preparation of business proposals, focussed on winning new Customer or retaining existing contracts
- Assist with the development of pricing methodology
- Ability to identify data gap, rectifying and resolving data issues
- Ability to manipulate and work with multiple data sources
- Provide visibility and develop reports
- Extensive knowledge of the Freight Industry
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong experience in cultivating a sale's pipeline
- Tertiary qualifications in Business/Transport and Logistics or marketing is highly desirable
