My clients are a high end bookkeeping firm that have built a solid reputation of providing bookkeeping excellence to clients all over Australia. They have seen continual growth over the past 12 months and are now seeking a detail orientated, experienced Senior Bookkeeper/Client Manager to join their team of 9. The successful candidate will take on a portfolio of clients working full time hours from home.

The successful candidate will have:
- Significant previous experience in a similar role, working with a multi-client base providing a range of bookkeeping, BAS, payroll, software and reporting services to clients
- Extensive experience in programs such as MYOB, XERO, Reckon, QuickBooks and Microsoft Suite. Xero Practice Manager preferred not essential
- Exceptional attention to detail, and strong organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise accordingly
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing prioritises and work demands
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent and professional client service skills
- The ability to act with integrity and show genuine care for the people you work with and your clients
- Formal bookkeeping or accounting qualifications
- The ability and confidence to work autonomously
Duties will include:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll (Payroll Tax, Super, STP)
- Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS
- Bank reconciliation
- Budget preparation
- Financial Reporting
- Streamlining of clients systems and processes
- Analysing client financials and providing advice
- Assessing new client requirements and advice on the best practice
- Software conversion and setup
- Software training to clients
