An exciting opportunity has become available at an Australian owned organisation based in Perth's Southern Suburbs. Due to several projects being won, they have an immediate opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join their high performing Accounts Payable team initially on a temporary contract, with the view to go permanent for the right person.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be part of a fast paced, high volume and collaborative environment:

• High volume end to end invoice processing
• Preparing weekly and monthly payment runs
• Credit card reconciliations
• Expenses claims
• Monthly reporting
• Admin as required

Your Profile

The successful candidate for this role will have:

• At least 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Experience using large ERP systems such as SAP, Pronto, Greentree
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
• Hardworking and positive attitude
