Seeking a temp - perm Accounts Payable Officer looking to develop their existing skills working for a large business based in North Sydney.
The Company

Our client is a large company based in North Sydney looking for an Accounts Payable Officer. They are looking for a candidate who is available at very short notice to work as part of their fast paced team on a temp to perm basis. This role will help to advance your career as you gain additional responsibilities, exposure to large accounts and a company that focuses on the happiness of its employees.

The Role

Are you a forward-thinking, highly organised individual with the ability to multi-task? this role will give you the opportunity to develop your extensive skill set, with daily responsibilities being:

• Processing of invoices
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts
• Payments - including EFT and cheque runs
• Supplier queries and resolutions
• Other duties as required

Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager, this position will be ever changing and no two days will be the same.

Your Skills & Experience

• Experience or Exposure within an AP environment.
• Experience using an ERP system & Excel.
• Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce or related field is preferable.
• Special client focus to provide excellent service to business partners.
• Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of suppliers.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
