The key duties for this Accounts Assistant role in Coventry will involve:

• Support across Purchase and Sales Ledgers
• Bank and statement reconciliations
• VAT returns
• Journals, accruals and prepayments
• Support with various analysis
• Intrastat and EC Sales

Profile

To be successful in this PART TIME Accounts Assistant role you will need to be available at short notice (no more than 1 week) and be comfortable with PART TIME work (4 days a week). You will need a varied finance background, able to pick up anything from Purchase/Sales Ledger processing to journals, accruals and various reconciliations. Strong IT skills and a communicative personality are key to this post.
