Description

The Accounts Assistant role will involve:

• Assistance across Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control
• Setting up new suppliers
• Responsible for processing supplier invoices and coding to the system
• Raising credit notes and sales invoices
• Issuing monthly statements
• Taking credit card payments and allocating to correct customer accounts
• Supporting the Finance Manager with accounting tasks and reports
• Analysis of data/sales figures
• Reconciliations

Profile

To be successful in this Accounts Assistant role the ideal candidate will have ideally worked in a finance environment for at least 2years + and have had exposure to various finance tasks. You will be a self starter, able to manage a varied workload and be positive and communicative. You will also need strong IT skills with Excel and Navision or Dynamics being of particular interest to my client.
