As a member of the Purchase team reporting to the Purchasing Manager in India, positioned
strategically to support the Product & Technology function.

- Partner management: Collaborate with the TIBCO product teams to support: inbound
partnerships, inbound partners for inquiries, partner management with respect to
resolving issues, escalations ,new and renewal agreement execution, identification of
suitable partners and partner solutions, support the facilitation educational and
enablement sessions where applicable with guidance and requests received from the
TIBCO Product teams ,monitoring and managing the ROI for partner engagement.
- Purchasing and Vendor Management: Reviewing purchase request forms for accuracy
and completeness, writing and/or reviewing specifications for supplies and services,
reviewing bids and memos to ensure adherence to procedures and policies, Compiling,
recording, and completing narrative and numerical purchase data, Exchanging
purchasing information with employees & suppliers, prepares and issues purchase
orders through the system, Work on various analysis reports as per business
requirements using MS Office and other competitive tools, Contract drafting and
negotiations of terms and conditions, Collaboration with various stake holders and
departments whilst owning the responsibility of the source to contract/PO cycle.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years' experience in indirect purchasing, operations, project
management and/or partner management; preferably in technology; strong
understanding of ROI analysis, operational tracking and reporting.
- Sourcing and procurement experience: Thorough knowledge of source to contract cycle
including but not limited to Spend analysis and data base lining, Market research,
Sourcing Strategy, Tendering, Negotiations: strategic and tactical, Documentation for
award of business, Contract management , risk mitigation and negotiations including
commercials, Should be well versed on contract management, EULA terms review, Should
have ability to identify the business risk though contract management reviews, Vendor
performance management, Adherence to process and procedures in line with guidelines
of purchasing.
- Soft Skills: Experience interacting with and collaborating with executive management and
cross-functional teams through seamless interpersonal and relationship building skills and
highly developed organization skills with the ability to smoothly handle rapidly evolving,
multi-dimensional negotiations under strict timelines. Excellent project management skills
and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong problem solving ability and go getter
attitude to achieve the desired results. Quick learner who will have a team player attitude
as well as eager to adapt to existing purchase environment and execute on tasks assigned
with finesse.
- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management, Operations
Management and related experience.
- Must be familiar with basic security concepts or standards as appropriate for this position.
